This research was carried out to reveal the differences in the problem-solving skills, decision-making styles and organizational commitment levels of physical education and sports teachers in terms of gender, age and years of service in the profession. The study group of the research in the screening model was determined by the convenience sampling method. The sample of the study consisted of a total of 176 physical education and sports teachers, 53 female and 123 male, working in Giresun. "Problem Solving Inventory", "Melbourne Decision Making Scale", "Organizational Commitment Scale" and "Personal Information Form" were used as data collection tools in the research. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out using the SPSS 26.0 package program. Alpha (α) significance level was accepted as .05 for all statistical methods. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test for differences between groups and one-way ANOVA tests were used to analyze the data. Within the scope of the research, it was determined that the statistical mean scores of the physical education and sports teachers' problem-solving skills and organizational commitment levels differed according to the gender variable (p<.05). In terms of age variable, it was determined that the mean scores of physical education and sports teachers' problem-solving skills and organizational commitment levels differed statistically (p<0.01). In addition, it was determined that the mean scores of physical education and sports teachers' years of service in the profession and their problem-solving skills, decision-making styles and organizational commitment levels differed statistically (p<0.01). As a result, it was determined that the problem-solving skills and organizational commitment levels of physical education and sports teachers differed statistically according to gender, age and years of service in the profession. It is thought that the data obtained will contribute to the literature and the studies to be carried out.
