Abstract

Çalışmamız, acil servise travmaya bağlı olmayan karın ağrısı ile başvuran farklı yaş gruplarında; tanıları ve fizyolojik değişikliklerle ilişkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmaya 1607 hasta alındı ve yaş grupları ile karın ağrısına eşlik eden şikayetler, vital bulgular, ek hastalıkları, konsültasyonlar, tanılar ve sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. 65 yaş ve üzeri grupta vital bulgulardaki değişikliklerin ve konsültasyon isteminin 45-64 yaş grubuna göre daha fazla olduğu görüldü(p

The Comparison of Patients with Abdominal Pain in Emergency Department at the Age of 45-64 with 65 and 65+ and the Evaluation of the Relationship Between the Diagnosis and Physiological Changes

Abstract

We aimed to evaluate the relationship between the abdominal pain causes and the physiological changes that occur in different age groups for the patients with non-traumatic abdominal pain. 1607 patients were included in the study. Age groups and the other complaints accompanying the abdominal pain, vital signs, comorbid diseases, consultations, diagnoses and results were compared.
