Acil Servise Karın Ağrısı Şikayeti ile Başvuran 45-64 Yaş ile 65 Yaş ve Üzeri Hastaların Karşılaştırılması ve Tanılarının Fizyolojik Değişikliklerle İlişkisinin Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Çalışmamız, acil servise travmaya bağlı olmayan karın ağrısı ile başvuran farklı yaş gruplarında; tanıları ve fizyolojik değişikliklerle ilişkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmaya 1607 hasta alındı ve yaş grupları ile karın ağrısına eşlik eden şikayetler, vital bulgular, ek hastalıkları, konsültasyonlar, tanılar ve sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. 65 yaş ve üzeri grupta vital bulgulardaki değişikliklerin ve konsültasyon isteminin 45-64 yaş grubuna göre daha fazla olduğu görüldü(p
