EFFICIENT EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT UNDER THE EFFECT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: PROPOSING A ROAD MAP

Year 2019, Issue: 3, 201 - 222, 15.06.0209

Abstract

With the recent technological advancements in
the digital transformation age, it is envisioned that many professions based on
human work-force will fade away and also new professions which require the competences
of the digital transformation will emerge. Therefore, there is a need to
implement a long-term employment policy for managing digital transformation
with a target-oriented approach and avoiding the raise of unemployment problem.
To this end, the main motivation of this study is investigating the existing
professions which will be mainly affected by digital transformation and
exploring new professions and competences for these professions to adopt
digital transformation.  Moreover, a road-map
including short, medium and long-term recommendations for efficient training of
available human resources for emerging professions is presented.

DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜMÜN ETKİSİNDE VERİMLİ İSTİHDAM YÖNETİMİ: YOL HARİTASI ÖNERİSİ

Year 2019, Issue: 3, 201 - 222, 15.06.0209

Abstract

Dijital
