Borik Asidin Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss)' nın Hepatosomatik Ve Viserosomatik İndeks Değerleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada gökkuşağı alabalığı yemine
%0.00, %0.01, %0.05, %0.10 ve %0.20 oranlarında borik asit
ilave edilmiş ve
120 gün beslenmiştir. Borik asitin
gökkuşağı alabalığının büyüme Hepatosomatik indeks ve viserosomatik indeksi
üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmamızda hepatosmatik indeks değerleri
sırasıyla
1.238±0.10b, 1.251±0.10b, 1.292±0.15ab, 1.325±0.11ab ve 1.387±0.12a olarak hesaplanmıştır. Viserosomatik indeks değerleri
ise 17.149±1.06a, 16.63±1.26a, 16.322±1.23a,
15.041±1.48b ve 13.965±1.04b olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda en yüksek hepatosomatik indeks
değeri (1.387±0.12) %0.20 borik asit
ilave edilen gurupta görülürken en düşük hepatosomatik indeks değeri ise
kontrol gurunda görülmüştür. Çalışmamızda en yüksek viserosomatik indeks değeri
(17.149±1.06) kontrol gurubunda görülürken
en düşük viserosomatik indeks değeri de % 0.20 borik asit ilave edilen gurupta
hesaplanmıştır.



Sonuç olarak, bu
çalışmada alabalık yemine ilave edilen borik asit gökkuşağı alabalığında
karaciğerde büyümeye sebep olurken viserosomatik indeksin düşmesine sebep
olmuştur.

The Effects of Boric Acid on the Hepatosomatic and Viserosomatic Index Values of Rainbow Trout

Abstract

In this study, boric acid was added to the rainbow trout
diet at rates of 0.00%, 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20% and fed for 120 days.
Effects of boric acid on the growth, hepatosomatic index and viscerosomatic
index of rainbow trout were investigated. In our study, hepatosomatic index
values ​​were calculated as 1.238 ± 0.10b, 1.251 ± 0.10b,
1.292 ± 0.15ab, 1.325 ± 0.11ab and 1.387 ± 0.12a,
respectively. Viscerosomatic index values ​​were found as 17.149 ± 1.06a,
16.63 ± 1.26a, 16.322 ± 1.23a, 15.041 ± 1.48b
and 13.965 ± 1.04b. The highest hepatosomatic index value (1.387 ±
0.12) was found in the group to which 0.20% boric acid was added, while the
lowest hepatosomatic index value was found in the control group. In our study,
the highest viscerosomatic index value (17.149 ± 1.06) was observed in the
control group while the lowest viscerosomatic index value was calculated in the
group containing 0.20% boric acid.



As a result, boric acid added to the trout diet in
this study caused the viscerosomatic index to decrease while causing to grow in
the liver of rainbow trout.
