Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the effect of the post-work recovery on work engagement and life satisfaction of employees. The mediating role of work engagement in the relation between post-work recovery and life satisfaction is also investigated. Accordingly, research scale is applied to 216 health care staff who works in public and private health institutions in Isparta province. The cross-sectional data is analyzed through SPSS and AMOS software by conducting confirmatory factor, correlation and structural equation modeling analyses. As a result of the research, it is determined that post-work recovery level of health care staff have a significant positive relationship with both their work engagement and life satisfaction. Moreover, it is shown that work engagement has a partial mediator role in the effect of post-work recovery on life satisfaction. The research findings are discussed based on theoretical infrastructure of the relationship among variables.

İş Sonrası Toparlanmanın Yaşam Tatmini Üzerindeki Etkisi: İşe Tutulmanın Aracı Rolü

Year 2022, , 236 - 250, 30.12.2022
https://doi.org/10.21076/vizyoner.1141431
