As a result of economic, environmental and legal requirements, the sustainability of companies' profitability in the tobacco and tobacco products market has become directly related to their performance. Producers whose input prices have increased with the decrease in tobacco cultivation areas want to monitor the performance of distributors and sellers closely throughout the supply chain in order to avoid shrinking demand and to maintain profitability. At this point, how to measure performance in a healthy way emerges as a challenge and gains importance day by day. In Turkey, despite all the prohibitions related to smoking, the consumption of cigarettes is still very common. Because of that, cigarette sales would be very important in the future. In the study, the number of districts, number of dealers, product type, sales revenue, sales quantity, number of personnel, number of vehicles and net profit criteria are determined in order to evaluate the performance of a cigarette distributor in cigarette sales in West Mediterranean Region between the years 2006 and 2016. While evaluating the performance of the distributor, who is the main subject of the application, the criterial weights are calculated with the Entropy method which is a commonly used method of Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Models, and analyses are made with MULTIMOORA, CORPAS and WASPAS methods. By weighting the criterion made by Entropy method, the most effective criteria are determined to be sales volume and net profit. According to the results of all three methods, the distributor increases its performance every year and shows the highest performance in 2016.
