Indicators form the building blocks that build the meaning. They act on every element from the construction of meaning to the deep reading plane. These elements can include cultural codes as well as common codes. The aim of the study is based on the indicators reflecting the values of the attractions Watchover of Turkey. Watchover of Turkey contains photographs of Turkish tourism from the eyes of a foreigner. In this context, trying to make sense of Turkish tourism from a foreigner's point of view is besides the importance and originality.The film is to make the semiotic analysis. For this purpose, all frames related to the film are analyzed in line with the theories put forward by Barthes and Gremias, who are the semiotic theorists. In addition to the cultural indicators, the analysis of common indicators is also made based on the models of semiotic theorists. When the results of the study are evaluated as a whole, it is seen that the promotional film contains indicators specific to Turkish culture, reflects the daily lives of individuals, and the east-west synthesis is emphasized. The emphasis is made to destinations, in addition it is possible to say that cosmopolitan perspective put forward for Turkey.
