ISO19650 STANDARDI ÇERÇEVESİNDE MÜŞTERİ ODAKLI ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmada inşaat sektöründe müşteri odaklı yaklaşım incelenmiş olup bu yaklaşımın kapsamının ISO19650 ile ilişkisinden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışma örnek vaka çalışması ile desteklenmiş, aynı zamanda ISO 19650-BIM ve müşteri çerçevesinde şekillenen projelerin inşaat sektörüne ve müşteriye avantajları üzerinde durulmuştur.
