KÜRESELLEŞMENİN PRATİK BİR ARAŞTIRMASI VE MÜZİK EĞİTİMİNDE ÇOK KÜLTÜRLÜ ENTEGRASYONUN GELİŞİMİ

Abstract

Çalışmanın önemi, küreselleşmiş bir dünyada etkili bir şekilde çalışabilecek uzmanlar yetiştirmek için Çin yükseköğretim kurumlarında çok kültürlü eğitim yaklaşımlarının iyileştirilmesi ihtiyacından kaynaklanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, öğrenciler ve öğretmenler tarafından eğitim programındaki çok kültürlü unsurların algısını araştırmak ve katılım, memnuniyet ve kültürlerarası içerikle çalışma isteklerini belirlemektir. Ampirik temel, Çin'deki beş önde gelen eğitim kurumundan 200 öğrenci ve 50 öğretmenle yapılan bir anketi içermiş ve karşılaştırmalı ve korelasyon analizi yöntemleri de kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, öğrencilerin %62'ünün müfredatta sunulan kültürel içerik çeşitliliğinden genel olarak memnun olduğunu ve %72'sinin bunun kültürlerarası yeterliliğin geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunduğunu düşündüğünü göstermiştir. Öğretmenlerin %73'ü eğitim sürecine düzenli olarak veya zaman zaman çok kültürlü unsurlar eklediklerini belirtirken, %55'i bunların öğrencilerin mesleki gelişimi üzerindeki etkilerinin önemli olduğunu düşünmektedir. Ancak, öğretmenlerin yalnızca %30'u çok kültürlü konuları öğretmeye tam olarak hazır hissederken, %47'si herhangi bir özel eğitim almamıştır. Katılımcıların açık uçlu cevapları yorumlanmış ve temel güçlü yönler (yüksek motivasyon, öğrenci ilgisi), zayıf yönler (materyal eksikliği, öğretmen eğitimi eksikliği), fırsatlar (disiplinlerarası entegrasyon, uygulamaların genişlemesi) ve tehditler (sınırlı kaynaklar ve akademik zaman) belirlenen bir SWOT analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, Çin üniversiteleri arasındaki uluslararası ilişkilerin daha da genişletilmesi ve küresel eğilimler ve kültürel çeşitliliğin korunması dikkate alınarak eğitim kurslarının içeriğinin uyarlanması ihtiyacını doğrulamıştır.

PRACTICAL INVESTIGATION OF GLOBALISATION AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTICULTURAL INTEGRATION IN MUSIC EDUCATION

Abstract

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to improve approaches to multicultural education in Chinese higher education institutions to train specialists who can work effectively in a globalised world. The purpose of the study was to investigate the perception of multicultural elements in the educational programme by students and teachers, and to identify the level of their involvement, satisfaction, and willingness to work with intercultural content. The empirical base included a survey of 200 students and 50 teachers from five leading educational institutions in China, and methods of comparative and correlation analysis were also used. The results showed that 62% of students are generally satisfied with the diversity of cultural content presented in the curriculum, and 72% suggest that it contributes to the development of intercultural competence. Among teachers, 73% noted that they regularly or from time to time include multicultural elements in the educational process, and 55% consider their impact on students’ professional development significant. An interpretation of the respondents’ open answers was also carried out, and a SWOT analysis was conducted, which identified key strengths (high motivation, student interest), weaknesses (lack of materials, lack of teacher training), opportunities (interdisciplinary integration, expansion of practices), and threats (limited resources and academic time). The data obtained confirmed the need to further expand international relations between Chinese universities and adapt the content of training courses, taking into account global trends and the preservation of cultural diversity.
