Yöneticilerin Örgütsel Bağlılıkları ve Demografik Özellikleri Arasındaki İlişkileri İncelemeye Yönelik Bir Alan Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın iki amacı bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan birincisi; demografik değişkenlerin, örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarını etkileyip etkilemediği, ikincisi ise; örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarının, çalışanın yaşadığı şehir değişkeni ile çalıştığı sektör (kamu ve özel) arasında bir fark yaratıp yaratmadığını test etmeye yöneliktir. Bu amaçlara ulaşabilmek için, örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarını tanımlayan anket formu, İzmir ve Manisa’da, 16 kurumda çalışan 160 yöneticiye yapılmıştır. Demografik değişkenler arasında; çalışanların yaş grupları, eğitim düzeyleri, cinsiyetleri, medeni durumları ve toplam hizmet süreleri ile bulundukları pozisyonda geçirdikleri süreler dikkate alınmıştır. Örgütsel bağlılık boyutları ile demografik değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi test edebilmek amacıyla, beş önermeden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, demografik değişkenlerin, örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde, çok etkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların, örgütsel bağlılık yazınına, katkıda bulunacağı tahmin edilmektedir
