Kimlik ve Ekonomi

Abstract

Son dönemlerde kimlik kavramı sosyal ve davranışsal bilimlerde önemli bir konu olmaya başladı. Psikyatri, psikoloji, siyaset bilimi, sosyoloji ve iktisata gibi disiplenler tarafında kullanılmaktadır. Bu kavram sosyal bir bağlam içindeki roller ve ait olunan gruplar içindeki bireyleri anlamamızı zenginleştirmektedir. Bu makale de kimliğin, ki ana akım iktisatın ihmal etttiği bir konudur, iktisattaki anlamını araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Identity and Economics

Abstract

The concept of identity has become widespread within the social and behavioral sciences in recent years. It has been used by several disciplines from psychiatry and psychology to political science, sociology and economics. This richened to understand individuals who claim particular identities given their roles in a social context and groups they belong to. This article searches for the implications of identity in economics, which the mainstream economics constantly ignores.
