Abstract

Bako¤lu ve Y›ld›z taraf›ndan haz›rlanan “Üniversitelerde Strateji Gelifltirme Sürecinde Uygulamal› Durum Analizleri” kitab› genel olarak tüm kamu kurumlar› yönetici ve çal›flanlar›na ve özellikle de üniversitelere stratejik plan haz›rlama çal›flmalar›nda önemli bir kaynak ve yol gösterici olma özelli¤i tafl›maktad›r. Kitapta Marmara Üniversitesi’nin 2017–2021 dönemi stratejik plan haz›rlama sürecinde genifl kat›l›mla, kolektif ak›l ve çok disiplinli yaklafl›mla yap›lan çal›flmalar ve analizler ayr›nt›l› olarak tart›fl›lmaktad›r. Bako¤lu stratejik plan›n haz›rlanma aflamas›nda çok önemli ö¤renmelerin sa¤- land›¤›n› ve bunlar›n sadece bir birikim ve an› olarak kalmas›ndan ziyade de¤er oluflturmak için kitab›n haz›rland›¤›n› belirtmektedir. Gerçekten de girifl ile birlikte 10 bölümden oluflan eserin okuyucuya ciddi de¤er katt›¤›n› ifade edebiliriz.
