No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

All expenses of the journal are covered by Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Literature, Department of History. The publication of articles in the journal and the execution of article processes are not subject to a fee. No processing fee or submission fee is charged for articles submitted to the journal or accepted for publication.
