Abstract
Neuroblastoma is embryonal tumor of sympathetic nervous system. It is the most common extracianial solid tumor of children. Clinical findings differ acoording to patient's age. Tumor localization and the degree of tumor invasion. 10 months old male infant brought to our clinic with the complaints of difficulty in breathing, cough and fever. After the clinic and laboratory evaluation the patient was diagnosed as neuroblastoma. The most common localization of neuroblastoma is abdomen. We present this case because it is localized in posterior mediastinum which is a rarer localization.

Abstract
Özet: Nöroblastom, sempatik sinir sisteminin embriyonal tümörü olup çocuklarda en sık görülen ekstrakranial solid tümördür. Klinik bulgular hastanın yaşma, tümörün lokalizasyonuna ve yayılma derecesine göre özellik gösterir. Solunum sıkıntısı, öksürük ve ateş şikayetleriyle kliniğimize getirilen 10 aylık erkek hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucu "Nöroblastom" tanısı kondu. En sık görülen abdominal yerleşim dışında posterior mediasten yerleşimli nöroblastom olgumuzu, daha nadir görülmesi nedeniyle literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunduk.
