Cornual pregnancy: 3 case reports

Abstract

We detected cornual pregnancy in 3 (1,3) of the 228 ectopic pregnancies which were treated with laparoscopic or laparotomie surgery between 1997-2001. In preoperative period, two of them were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and one of it as cornual pregnancy. The third patient was operated emergently, because of hypovolemia and previous history of ectopic pregnancy. All three patients underwent laparotomy and cornual wedge resection.

Kornual gebelik: 3 olgu sunumu

Abstract

Zeynep Kamil Kadın ve Çocuk Hastalıktan Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne 1997-2001 yılları arasında ektopik gebelik tanısı ile yatirılıp opere edilen 228 hastanın 3 tanesinde (%1.3) kornual gebelik saptandı. Bu hastalardan ikisi preoperatif ektopik gebelik tanısı aldı ve bir tanesinde kornual ektopik gebelik ön tanısı konuldu. Üçüncü hastaya hipovolemik şok tablosu ve ektopik gebelik öyküsü nedeniyle aci laparotomi uygulandı. Her üç hastaya da laparotomi ile beraber kornual wedge rezeksiyon uygulandı.
