Abstract

Cornelia de Lange (CdLS) is a rare dysmorphogenie syndrome characterized by distinctive facial appearence, failure to thrive and mental retardation. This article presents anesthetic management of CdLS syndrome suggesting difficult tracheal intubation on preoperative physical examination and evaluation of the anesthesiologic aspects of this syndrome.

Cornelia de Lange sendromu ve anestezi: olgu sunumu

Abstract

Cornelia de Lange sendromu (CdLS) nadir görülen, tipik yüz görünümü, büyüme geriliği ve mental retardasyonla karakterize bir sendromdur. Bu yazıda preoperatif değerlendirmede zor entübasyon olabileceği öngörülen bir CdLS olgusunun anestezi uygulaması ve bu olgulara anesteziyolojik yaklaşımların incelenmesi amaçlandı.
