Abstract

Dermatofibrosarkoma protuberans çocuklarda nadir görülen düşük dereceli malignite potansiyeli olan mezenkimal bir tümördür. En etkin tedavisi halen tümör sınırının Sem dışından deri ile birlikte superfisyal fasyanın eksizyonudur. Çocuklarda daha nadir görülmesi nedeniyle 13 yaşında, ön duvarına yerleşimli kitlesi olan ve dermatofibrosarkoma tanısı alan erkek hasta, özellikleri ve tedavisi ile birlikte literatürler eşliğinde tartışıldı.

Abstract

Dermatofîbrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a low-grade malignant mesenchymal tumor of dermis and rarely seen in children. The recommended treatment is still the wide excision of visibly uninvolved tissue with 3-cm margins, including the superficialfascia. Because of rarely seen in infancy and childhood, 13 years old patient who has a mass on thorax wall, Properties and the treatment of the case was discussed along with the literatures.
