Su Ürünleri Yetiştiriciliğinde Kullanılan Yemlerin Sindirilebilirliği Üzerine Yapılan Çalışmalar

Abstract

Sindirilebilirlik; sindirim işlemlerinin bir ölçümüdür.Hayvana verilen yemin ve besin maddesi bileşenlerinin ne kadarının sindirildiğini ve absorbe edildiğini tespit etmek için kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Total ve/veya kuru madde sindirilebilirliği komple rasyon ve/veya bileşenin sindirilebilirlik derecesini belirler. Besin maddesi sindirilebilirliği ise rasyona veya bileşene ait protein, lipid, aminoasit veya karbonhidrat gibi spesifik besin maddelerinin sindirilebilirliğini belirler.Su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği açısından değerlendirilecek olursa; sindirilebilirliğe ilişkin bilgiler doğrultusunda sindirilebilirliğin fizyolojiye dayalı ve fizyoloji tarafından belirleniyor olmasına karşın; sindirilebilirliğin değerlendirildiği metodlar kültürü yapılan türler açısından yaş, ağırlık, cinsiyet, stoklama yoğunluğu, yemleme zamanı ve frekansı, yem kalitesi ve miktarı gibi bilgiler sindirim fizyolojisine ilişkin bilgilerden daha önemlidir
