Kök kanal tedavisinin başarısı, kanal sisteminin temizlenmesi, şekillendirilmesi ve üç boyutlu sızdırmaz bir şekilde doldurulmasına bağlıdır. Bu faktörler nedeniyle endodontik tedavide lazer ve ultrasonikler gibi birçok alet ve yöntem kullanılmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı; ultrasonik aletlerin klinik endodontik tedavideki kullanım etkinliği ve rolü hakkında bilgi vermek ve bu konudaki literatürü özetlemektir
The success of endodontic treatment depends on the root canal system being thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and obturated. Because of these factors many instruments and techniques in use for endodontics such laser or ultrasonics. The purpose of this review is the summarize the literature and give information about efficacy and role of the ultrasonic instruments in clinic endodontic therapy
