Vergilendirme Yetkisinin Tabi Olduğu Anayasal İlkeler

Essay is giving information the constitutional principles of taxation are subject to the authority, a careful study and research all aspects of powers of taxation have been studied. The article consists of two chapters and a conclusion part. Makalem, vergilendirme yetkisinin tabi olduğu anayasal ilkeler konusundan oluş- maktadır. Makalemde, dikkatli bir çalışma ve araştırmayla vergilendirme yetkisi tüm yönleriyle incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Makale, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde; vergilendirme yetkisi, bu yetkinin kuramsal temeli ve kapsamı, demokrasi ile ilişkisi konuları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; Türk Hukuku’nda vergilendirme yetkisinin temeli ve işlevi, vergilendirme yetkisinin tabi olduğu anayasal ilkeler incelenmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise vergilendirme yetkisi ile ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
