Kit'ler ve Entellektüel Sermaye'nin İşletmelere Katkısı: (1923-1939) Dönemine Ait Bir İnceleme

In this study, statism, State Ekonomic Enterprises (SEEs) and intellectual capital were discussed their definition, scope and importance. For this purpose, in the period between of 1923-1939, in Turkey, as a result of the activities of SEEs in Turkey, the country’s economy, industries and its contribution of public institutions were analyzed numerically. On the other hand, thanks to these institutions, state enterprises that are thought to have tried to explain the intellectual capital. Finally, nowadays, this capital to business, human resources management and entrepreneurship try to make a general evaluation of the gains.

Bu çalışma da; devletçilik, Kamu İktisadi Teşebbüsü’nün (KİT) ve entellektüel sermayenin tanımı, kapsamı ve önemi ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla 1923-1939 yılları arasındaki dönemde; Türkiye’de KİT’lerin faaliyetleri sonucu, ülkenin ekonomisi, sanayisi ve kamu kurumlarına olan katkısı sayısal olarak analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Öte yandan, bu kurumların sayesinde; devlet işletmelerinde oluşturduğu düşünülen entellektüel sermaye açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak; bu sermayenin, günümüzde işletmelere, insan kaynakları yönetimine ve girişimlere olan kazanımlarına ilişkin genel bir değerlendirmeye yapılmaya çalışılmıştır
