Öz

Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretimde Avrupa Kredi Sistemi (ECVET), mesleki eğitim ve öğretimde (MEÖ) hareketliliği ve karşılıklı güveni teşvik etmek amaçlı yeni bir Avrupa aracıdır. Avrupa Komisyonu ile işbirliği halinde üye devletler tarafından geliştirilmiş ve hatta geliştirilmeye devam etmektedir. ECVET Avrupa Parlamentosu ve Avrupa Konseyi tarafından 2009 yılında benimsenmiş bir araçtır. Katılımcı ülkelerde ECVET’in benimsenme ve uygulama süreci gönüllülük esasına dayalı olup zorunluluk teşkil etmemektedir. Avrupa Komisyonu mevcut durumda bu aracın Avrupa çapında, Türkiye gibi katılımcı ülkeler ve tüm paydaş ülkelerde test edilmesini desteklemektedir. Bu makale, Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından desteklenen bir Avrupa Birliği projesi olan “Avrupa’da Modüler ECVET Sistemi’nin Geliştirilmesi ve Test Edilmesi (MECVET)” aracılığı ile ortak ülkelerde (Türkiye, Almanya, Yunanistan, Bulgaristan ve Portekiz) mevcut ECVET sistemlerinin analiz edilmesi için hazırlanmıştır.

Development And Test Of Modular Ecvet System In Europe Project (MECVET) Analysis of ECVET in Europa and partner countries

Öz

The European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) is the new European tool to promote mobility and mutual trust in vocational education and training (VET). It is developed and even developing by Member States in cooperation with the European Commission, ECVET has been adopted by the European Parliament and the European Council in 2009. The adoption and implementation process of the ECVET in the participating countries is voluntarily not compulsory. Currently, the participating countries such as Turkey and the European Commission support a Europe-wide testing of this instrument to which all stakeholders have been invited to participate. This paper is aiming to analyse the existing ECVET systems in Partner Countries (Turkey, Germany, Greece, Bulgaria and Portugal) under the Development and Test of Modular ECVET System in Europe project-MECVET
