Elektif Sezaryenlerde Lidokain+Bupivakain Mikst Alkalinize ve Lidokain Mikst Alkalinize Solüsyonlarının Ekstradural Anestezide Blok Kalitesi Yönünden Karşılaştırılması

Yıl 1996, Cilt: 1 Sayı: 2, 23 - 26, 30.12.1996

Öz

Çalışmamızda, ekstradural anestezinin intraoperatif blok kalitesini değerlendirmeyi
amaçladık. Anestezist ve hastaların ağrıyı skorlama yöntemleriyle, lidokain +
bupivakain mikst alkalinize grubunu, lidokain mikst alkalinize grubuna göre
istatistiksel olarak anlamlı iyi bulduk (p = 0,044). Operasyonu tamamlamak için
lidokain + bupivakain mikst alkalinize grubunda hazırlanan 21 ml solüsyon
yeterli olurken, lidokain mikst alkalinize grubunda 5 hastada ilaveler gerekti.
Gruplar arasında anlamlı fark vardı (p<0,001). Elektif seksiyolarda ekstradural
anestezinin intraoperatif blok kalitesi yönünden, lidokain + bupivakain mikst
alkalinize grubundaki solüsyonları, lidokain mikst alkalinize grubundaki solüsyonlara
göre, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı iyi bulduk.

A Comparison Between The Mixture of Lignocaine+Bupivacaine Alkalinized Solutions and The Mixture of Lignocaine Alkalinized Solutions, As Regards Block Quality in Extradural Anaesthesia in Elective Caserean Sections

In the present study, we aimed to evaluate intraoperative block quality
of extradural anaesthesia . With the anaesthetist's and the patient's scoring,
lignocaine + bupivacaine mixture alkalinized group was found to be
statistically more significant in the intraoperative block quality than the
lignocaine mixture alkalinized group. While 21 ml solutions was sufficient to
accomplish the surgery in the lignocaine + bupivacaine mixture alkalinized
group, it became necessary to make additions in five patients in the lignocaine
mixture alkalinized group. There was a statistically significant difference
between the groups (p<0.001). In elective casereans sections, intaoperative
block quality in extradural anaesthesia in lignocaine + bupivacaine mixture
alkalinized group solutions are statistically more significant than in the
lignocaine mixture alkalinized group solutions.
