AMAÇ: Sentetik kannabinoidler SK kannabinoid reseptörleri üzerinde agonistik etki gösteren ve kannabisin aktif metaboliti olan Δ9-tetrahidrokannabinole Δ9-THC benzer etkileri olan psikoaktif maddelerdir. Son yıllarda özellikle internet üzerinden satışların yoğunlaşması bu maddelere ulaşımı kolaylaştırmış olup, ciddi bir tehlike haline gelmesine neden olmuştur.YÖNTEM: Adli Tıp Kurumu Trabzon Grup Başkanlığı Kimya İhtisas Dairesi Toksikoloji Şubesine 1 Ocak 2013 ve 31 Aralık 2014 yıllarında uyuşturucu kullanımı şüphesiyle yakalanan olgulardan alınan kan ve idrar numunelerinin Sıvı Kromatografi Kütle/Kütle Spektrometri LC–MS/MS cihazı ile analiz sonrasında elde edilen sonuçlar ve olguların sosyodemografik özellikleri retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. BULGULAR: SK kullandığı tespit edilen 291 olgunun 280’i %96,2 erkek, 11’i %3.8 kadındı.

OBJECTIVE: Synthetic cannabinoids SC are psychoactive substances with effects similar to Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol Δ9THC , which is an active metabolite of cannabis and which shows an agonistic effect on cannabinoid receptors. In recent years, as access to these substances has become easier with widespread sales over the Internet, it has now become a danger. METHODS: A retrospective evaluation was made of the sociodemographic characteristics of the cases and the results of blood and urine samples analyzed with a Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry LC-MS/MS device from cases suspected of drug use between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2014, in the Toxicology Branch of the Chemistry Department of Trabzon Branch of The Council of Forensic Medicine.RESULTS: Of 291 cases determined with SC use, 280 96.2% were male and 11 3.8% were female. The mean age was 26.1±9.5 years in the males and 22.1±6.9 years in the females. While only JWH-018 and JWH-073 metabolites were determined in 78 26.8% cases, SC was determined together with other substances marijuana, ecstasy, heroin, cocaine benzodiazepine, anti-depressants, anti-psychotics in 213 cases.in 213 cases.CONCLUSION: SC use is widespread among males and the vast majority of users are adolescents and young adults with a low level of education. The use of SC was seen to be as widespread as that of cannabis.
