Adli psikiyatride nörobilişsel bozukluk: Retrospektif tek merkezli bir çalışma

Öz

AMAÇ: Adli psikiyatrik açıdan değerlendirilen ve nörobilişsel bozukluk saptanan hastaların klinik ve adli özelliklerini tanımlamak ve bu kişilere yaklaşım konusunda klinisyenlere katkı sağlamaktır. YÖNTEM: Çalışma için, Adli Tıp Dördüncü İhtisas Kurulu tarafından değerlendirilen ve değerlendirme sonucunda nörobilişsel bozukluk demans, hafif bilişsel bozukluk HBB , organik mental bozukluk OMB saptanan kişilerin verileri geriye dönük olarak taranmıştır. BULGULAR: Çalışmaya 201 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Hastaların %80,1’i demans, %14,9’u HBB ve %5’i OMB tanısı almıştır. Gruplar arasında değerlendirilme nedeni ve karar p

Neurocognitive disorder in forensic psychiatry: A retrospective single center study

Öz

INTRODUCTION: To define the clinical and forensic characteristics of patients who are evaluated in terms of forensic psychiatry and who have neurocognitive disorders and to contribute to clinicians in approaching patients.METHODS: For the study, the data of people who were evaluated by the Forensic Medicine Fourth Specialization Board and who were found to have neurocognitive disorders dementia, mild cognitive impairment MCI , organic mental disorder OMD were scanned retrospectively.RESULTS: Two-hundered one patients were included in the study. Of the patients, 80.1% were diagnosed with dementia, whereas 14.9% were diagnosed with MCI and 5% were diagnosed with OMD.
