Öz

29 ya§mdaki bir kadmm ilk gebcligi olii dogumla sonlanml§tlr. Dogumdan iki gun once yaptlan ultrasonografi tetkikinde, fetusun beyin tabanmda yakla§lk 4 em l;apmda kistik bir olu§um ve hidrosefaliye ait bulgular izlenmi§tir. Ertesi giin, fetustaki vitalite bulgulanmn silinmesi iizerine, intrauterin olii fetus, daha soma vajinal yolla spontan olarak dogurtulmu§tur. Otopsiyi takip eden histopatolojik tetkikte, sol oksipital lopta ve lateral ventrikiile yakm, aynca anterior serebellumun superior klsmmda yer alan lezyonlann kavernoz hemangiom ve buna bagh yaygm hemoraji alanlan oldugu saptanml§tlr. Literatiirde, prenatal oliime neden olmu§ benzer bir ba§ka olguya rastlanmaml§ olmasl ncdeni ile ilginl; bulunarak yaymlanml§tlr.
