YENİDOĞANDA VİRAL PNÖMONİYE EŞLİK EDEN PELİOSİS HEPATİS: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Hastaneye ölü olarak getirildiği bildirilen ve ailesinden alınan öyküye göre de bir gün öncesine kadaryakınması bulunmayan 24 günlük erkek bebeğe yapılan otopsi sonucunda viral pnömoni ve peliosis hepatis
teşhis edilmiştir. Bu yaş grubunda oldukça nadir görülmesi ve herhangi bir kronik tüketici hastalık ya da anabolizan ilaç kullanım öyküsü bulunmamasına rağmen viral pnömoni ile peliosis hepatis birlikteliği saptanmış olduğundan olguya ait veriler literatür örnekleriyle karşılaştırılarak sunulmuştur. Bebekte saptanan peliosis hepatis tablosunun, annenin kullanmış olabileceği ilaçlar kaynaklı olarak gelişebileceği de
düşünülmüş, ancak aileye ulaşılamadığından bu konuda değerlendirme yapılamamıştır.
