Bir hekime oral kontraseptif kullammi konusunda a§agidaki nedenlerle sorumluluk yiik
lenebilir: Hastamn anamnezini tam olarak almamak, hastaYI aynntJlI bir §ekilde muayent
etmemek, hastaYI ilgiJj riskier konusunda yeterince uyarmamak, hastamn aydmlatIlml§
nzaSIm almamak, hastaYI ters reaksiyonlarla ilgili semptomlar yoniinden izlememek, trom
boflebitli bir hastaYI te§his etmemek, oral kontraseptifierin kullamml ile gebe kalma zamam
arasmda bir bekleme donemi onermemek.
