Öz
Radicular cysts are the common inflammatory odontogenic cystic lesions, originating from epithelial residues in periodontal ligaments. When the lesions reach large sizes, they can cause the symptoms of facial asymmetry, expansion, paraesthesia, displacement or mobility of the adjacent teeth. This report presents paraesthesia of the lower lip caused by an extensive radicular cyst to emphasize the fact that an uncommon symptom such as paraesthesia can be caused by these cysts

Öz
Radiküler kistler sık görülen ve periodontal ligamentteki epitelyal kalıntılardan köken alan enflamatuvar odontojenik kistlerdir. Bu lezyonlar büyük boyutlara ulaşırsa yüzde asimetri, ekspansiyon, parestezi, komşu dişlerde yer değiştirme veya mobilite gibi bulgu ve belirtilere neden olabilir. Bu vakada radiküler kistlerin parestezi gibi sık rastlanmayan semptomlara neden olabileceği vurgulanmaktadır
