Öz
Pemphigus vulgaris PV , is an autoimmune, vesiculobullous mucocutaneous disease that manifests itself initially in the mouth in the majority of patients. Patients with PV require treatment with systemic corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents, although these medications often cause chronic and serious adverse effects. Providing dental treatment to patients with mucocutaneous disorders is a challenge for clinicians. Medications and fragility of the gingiva require caution during treatment. This case describes diagnosis, medical and advanced dental treatment of a PV patient

Pemfigus vulgaris PV , hastaların çoğunda ilk olarak ağız içi semptom veren otoimmün, vezikülobüllöz mukokutanöz bir hastalıktır. PV’li hastaların tedavisinde, sıklıkla kronik ve önemli yan etkilere neden olan sistemik kortikosteroid ve immünsüpresif ajanlar kullanılmaktadır. Klinisyenler için mukokutanöz hastalığı olan bireylerin dental tedavisi genellikle zordur. Kullanılan ilaçlar ve diş etinin frajil yapısı tedavi sırasında dikkatli olunmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu vaka raporunda PV’li bir hastanın teşhisi, tıbbi ve ileri dental tedavisi sunulmuştur
