Eruption cyst is developed by moving away the follicle from tooth which is unerrupted. It is a form of dentigeroz cyst which is developed soft tissue. It is occured by fluid accumulation between the tooth and the follicle. The reason of the accumulation of tissue fluid or blood is expansion of follicular space surrounding ongoing teeth. This cyst is usually developed in first decade correlating first permanent teeth and maxiller incisor teeth. The average age of occur is 7 years. It delays the eruption because of the soft tissue retansion and carves out soft, round, bluish swelling. The colour of the swelling depends on the thickness of the mukosa and components of the fluid inside the cyst. It is asymptomatic and do not pain or tenderness on palpation unless it is not infected. Radiographically, it does not give image because, both cyst and affected tooth is not relationship with bone. In many case, cyst ruptures itself and teeth eruption proceeds. If necessary, tissue on the tooth is cleared away. Thus, eruption is facilitated. In this case report, we offered the surgical treatment this cyst determined as bilateral swelling covered the oral cavity at mandibular and maxillary premolar tooth region
