Toxicity of dental materials has caused public concern over the past years. The aim of this study was to evaluate the cytotoxicity of the 3 different resin composites with 2 different cell culture test models. MTT and cell attachment assay were used in the present study. Results were evaluated by two-way analysis of variance and Duncan’s test and in each group, no significant difference was found between the materials and control on the 2nd day whereas on the 5th and 7th day, it was found that the composite resin materials showed cytotoxic effect and the differences between the materials were statistically significant. In this study it was determined that the results of each cell culture test MTT and Cell attachment test were different
