Tooth agenesis is one of the most common congenital anomalies seen in humans and can be either hypodontia, oligodontia and anodontia. Oligodontia is the agenesis of six or more teeth excluding third molars. Oligodontia can occur as a non-syndromic, isolated condition or it is associated with a syndrome. This clinical report describes prosthodontic rehabilitation of a 16-year-old male patient with non-syndromic oligodontia with absence of 16 permanent teeth, diagnosed as a result of genetic counseling. Prosthodontic rehabilitation and long term follow up of this kind of patients are essential in terms of elimination of aesthetic, functional and phonetic problems.
