In this study, Turkey's health services capacity, using 13 different quantitative variables, by 'Multidimensional Scaling Technique' was analyzed. In the analyzes, the total number of specialist physicians, general practitioners, assistant physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, midwives, other health personnel and the number of family medicine units, 112 stations, 112 ambulances, number of hospitals, number of beds, qualified beds and intensive care bed numbers were used. In the study, whether the health infrastructures of the provinces are sufficient and whether their distribution by provinces is fair or not has been examined through evidence-based analyzes. Results, health services in 81 provinces in Turkey shows that decomposes into 7 groups in terms of capacity. Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara are positively differentiated from other provinces and placed among the first group provinces. Approximately 40% of the total number of physicians in Turkey, approximately 30% of the total number of intensive care beds are located in these three provinces.
