TRAKEOBRONKOPATİA OSTEOKONDROPLASTİKA; BİR OLGU EŞLİĞİNDE

Öz

Trakeobronkopatia Osteokondroplastika, trakeobronşial sistemde lümen içine uzanan osteokartilajinöz yapıda submukozal nodüllerin izlendiği nadir görülen benign bir hastalıktır. Hastaların çoğu asemptomatik olup klinik tablo değişkendir. Eforla nefes darlığı, öksürük, hırıltılı solunum, tekrarlayan enfeksiyonlar ve hemoptizi gibi çeşitli solunum semptomları ile ortaya çıkabilir. Genel olarak beşinci ve altıncı dekatlarda, çoğu zaman rastlantısal olarak teşhis edilir. Erkeklerde kadınlara göre 3 kat fazla görülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda 65 yaşında bir erkek hasta eşliğinde Trakeobronkopatia Osteokondroplastika’nın klinik, radyolojik ve bronkoskopik özellikleri tartışılmıştır.

Tracheobroncopatia Osteochondroplastica with a case report

Öz

Tracheobroncopatia Osteochondroplastica is a rare benign disease characterized by a large number of submucosal nodules in the tracheobronchial system, extending into the lumen. Most of the patients are asymptomatic and the clinical is variable. It can occur with various breathing symptoms such as dyspnea, cough, wheezing, recurrent infections, and hemoptysis. It is often diagnosed incidentally. The disorder is typically diagnosed during the fifth and sixth decades and has a 3:1 male predilection. In this case report, the clinical, radiological and bronchoscopic features of Tracheobroncopatia Osteochondroplastica were discussed with a 65-year-old male patient diagnosed.
