Warfarin Kullanımına Bağlı Nadir Bir Akut Karın Nedeni: Spontan İntestinal İntramural Hematom

Öz

Oral antikoagülan tedavide kullanılan
başlıca ilaçlar vitamin K antagonistleridir.Bu grubun başlıca
üyesi warfarin olup,tromboembolik olaylarda tedavi amacıyla
kullanılırken,aynı zamanda atriyal fibrilasyon ve diğer
kardiyavasküler hastalıklarda tromboemboliyi önlemek için de
kullanılmaktadır.Warfarin tedavisinin en önemli yan etkisi
kanamadır.Spontan intestinal intramural hematom ise bu ilaca bağlı
olarak ender görülen,akut karın tablosunu taklit eden bir
komplikasyondur.Warfarin kullanan karın ağrısı olan hastalarda
spontan intestinal intramural hematom ayırıcı tanıda
düşünülmelidir.Bu çalışmada spontan intestinal intramural
hematom nedeni ile non-operatif olarak takip edilen bir olguyu
sunarak nadir görülen bu durumu hatırlatmayı amaçladık.

A Rare Acute Abdomen Reason Because of Using Warfarin: Spontaneaus Intestinal Intramural Hematoma

Öz

The main drugs used in oral
anticoagulant therapy, are the vitamin K antagonists.The principal
member of this group is warfarin, used for treatment of
thromboembolic events,as well as atrial fibrillation and other
cardiovasculer events to prevent thromboembolic results.The most
important side of warfarin treatment is bleeding. Spontaneaus
intestinal intramural hematom is rare, depending on the drug.In
differential diagnosis acute abdomen must be reminded.In patients
using warfarin, with abdominal pain spontan intestinal intramural
hematom must be reminded in differential diagnosis.In this study we
aimed to remind this situation, in a nonoperative case with spontan
intestinal intramural hematoma.
