Öz
Fox-Fordyce is an uncommon,sporadic disease that occurs because of the blockage and intraepidermal rupture of the apocrine ducts.It is characterised with pruritic, follicular papules. In this disease the most effected areas are pubic and axillary regions. The etiology of the disease is unknown. Postpubertal and premenopausal women are at high risk. There is no effective treatment so several palliative methods are being tried. In this article, a 64 years old, postmenopausal case, whose Fox-Fordyce disease is clinically proven is presented because of it’s rare occurrence

Öz
Fox-Fordyce hastalığı, apokrin kanalın tıkanması ve intraepidermal rüptürü nedeniyle oluşan, kaşıntılı folliküler papüllerle karakterize, sporadik, nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Etiyolojisi bilinmeyen hastalıkta aksilla ve pubik bölgeler en sık tutulmaktadır. Postpübertal ve premenapozal kadınlar risk altındadır. Etkin bir tedavisi olmadığından, hastaları rahatlatmaya yönelik çeşitli tedaviler denenmektedir. Bu yazıda literatürde nadir rastlanan postmenapozal dönemde başlayan, 64 yaşında klinik olarak Fox-Fordyce tanısı koyduğumuz bir olgu sunulmuştur
