Filistin'in Kültürel Mirasının Sistematik Yıkımı: 07 Ekim 2023 ve Sonrası

Öz

Filistin ile İsrail arasındaki çatışmalar, 1948 öncesi ve sonrasında derinleşen siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel sorunların bir yansımasıdır. Bu süreçte, özellikle Filistin’in kültürel mirası, uzun süredir devam eden işgal ve çatışmalar nedeniyle büyük kayıplar yaşamıştır. Filistin toprakları, tarih boyunca medeniyetlerin kesişim noktası olmuş, bu da bölgeyi insanlık tarihine eşsiz katkılar sağlayan kültürel bir zenginlik merkezi haline getirmiştir. Ancak, 20. yüzyılın ortalarından itibaren artan gerilim ve savaşlar, bölgedeki kültürel değerlerin sistematik bir şekilde tahrip edilmesine yol açmıştır. Bu makale, 7 Ekim 2023’te başlayan ve Aksa Tufanı Operasyonu olarak bilinen operasyonla birlikte gelişen süreçte, İsrail’in Demir Kılıçlar Operasyonu adı altında gerçekleştirdiği geniş çaplı saldırılar sonucunda Filistin’in kültürel mirasına yönelik kayıpların boyutunu incelemektedir. Bu saldırılar yalnızca fiziki yıkımlarla sınırlı kalmayıp, Filistin halkının kimliğini ve kolektif hafızasını hedef almaktadır. Ekim 2023 ve sonrasında yaşanan bu saldırıların, Filistin’in tarihsel ve kültürel bağlamını nasıl etkilediği uluslararası hukuki ve sosyal perspektiflerden değerlendirilecektir. Buna ek olarak Filistin’in sahip olduğu kültürel miras alanlarının Ekim 2023’ten sonraki durumuna dair bir değerlendirme yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında yapılacak bu değerlendirme ile Filistin’e ait kültürel mirasının belgelenmesi ve akademik literatüre kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Öte yandan, söz konusu çalışmanın hem bilimsel hem de kamuoyuna yönelik farkındalık oluşturulmasına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Tarihsel, hukuki ve kültürel açılardan yapılacak bir değerlendirmenin yanında, mirasın korunması için çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır.
