Treatment of cystic duct stones with percutaneous cholecystostomy and cystic duct stent

Percutaneous cholecystostomy is an effective and safe method in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. This method may be used in the elderly patient group, which cannot tolerate surgery. Here, we present an acute cholecystitis patient who was successfully managed with percutaneous cholecystostomy and cystic duct stent.

Sistik kanaldaki taşın perkütan kolesistostomi ve sistik kanal stenti ile tedavisi

Öz

Akut kolesistit tedavisinde, perkütan kolesistostomi cerrahi riski yüksek hasta gurubunda yüksek başarı ve düşük komplikasyon oranı ile etkili ve güvenli bir yöntemdir. Biz burada ileri yaş hastamızda akut kolesistite sebep olan sistik kanaldaki taşın perkütan kolesistostomi ve daha sonra sistik kanal stenti ile başarılı tedavisini literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunduk.
