Gastric Dieulafoy's lesion: A rare cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (Two cases)

Öz

Dieulafoy's lesions are uncommon sources of gastrointestinal hemorrhage and have a high mortality rate when diagnosis and treatment are delayed. Dieulafoy's lesions are now routinely diagnosed and treated endoscopically. Their true incidence is unclear, because quiescent Dieulafoy's lesions are overlooked and bleeding lesions are occasionally misidentified. We present two cases of gastric Dieulafoy's lesion, one of them diagnosed and treated during emergency laparotomy and the other managed endoscopically by band ligation as sole therapy.

Gastrik Dieulafoy lezyonu: Nadir bir üst gastrointestinal sistem kanama nedeni (İki olgu)

Öz

Dieulafoy lezyonu gastrointestinal kanamaların nadir bir nedenidir ve tanı ve tedavisindeki gecikmeler yüksek mortaliteye yol açar. Günümüzde tanısında ve tedavisinde endoskopik yöntemler rutin olarak uygulanmaktadır. Gerçek insidansı belirsizdir, çünkü silik Dieulafoy lezyonları gözden kaçar ve kanayan lezyonlar da sıklıkla tanımlanamayabilir. Biz, birinin tanı ve tedavisi acil laparotomi ile sağlanan, diğeri ise sadece bant ligasyonu ile tedavi edilen 2 gastrik Dieulafoy lezyonu olgusu sunduk.
