A case of endoloop assisted polypectomy in colon

Öz

Postpolypectomy bleeding is reported to occur in 2% of all polypectomies. The risk of bleeding is probably greater with large polyps that have thick stalks. The use of an Endoloop may minimize the risk of bleeding after endoscopic polypectomy of large colorectal polyps. We report a case of a 66-year-old male with Endoloop-assisted polypectomy for a large polyp in the descending colon.

Kolonda endoloop yardımıyla polipektomi

Öz

Polipektomi sonrası kanama tüm polipektomilerin %2'sinde ortaya çıkabilir. Kanama riski muhtemelen kalın gövdeli büyük poliplerde daha fazladır. Endoloopun kullanılması büyük kolorektal poliplerin endoskopik polipektomiden sonra kanama riskini düşürebilir. Biz bu yazıda, inen kolondaki büyük polipin komplikasyonsuz olarak endoloop yardımıyla polipektomisini yaptığımız 66 yaşındaki erkek olguyu sunuyoruz.
