Systemic amyloidosis can involve any part of the gastrointestinal tract from mouth to anus. Thirty to sixty percent of the patients have gastrointestinal symptoms. It can lead to lower and upper gastrointestinal bleeding, motility disorders, severe malabsoption and even infarction and perforation. In this case report we aimed to present our patients with gastrointestinal system amyloidosis and to review this topic.
