Demirci Hünnabı'nda Ga₃ uygulamalarının verim ve kalite parametrelerine etkisinin araştırılması

Öz

Toplumda sağlıklı gıda tüketim bilincinin oluşması nedeniyle besin içeriği yüksek olan hünnaba talep artış eğilimindedir. Özellikle Manisa/Demirci ilçesinde Demirci Hünnabı olarak coğrafi işaret tescil belgesini alan ve bölgenin doğal florasında yetişen bu tür, alternatif olma özelliği ile yüksek potansiyele sahip bir meyve türüdür. Demirci Hünnabı ile tesis edilen bahçede, 2022 ve 2023 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada, 0,20,30 ve 40 ppm dozlarda GA₃ uygulamasının meyve kalitesi ve verim üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Buna göre, 2022 yılında 40 ppm GA₃ uygulamasında meyve ağırlığı (2.37 g), eni (17.97 mm) ve boyu (18.27 mm) ilk sırada yer alırken bunu 30 ppm GA₃ uygulaması takip etmiştir. En yüksek SÇKM içeriği 2022 yılında, 20 ppm GA₃ (%64.67) uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Verim değeri yıllara bağlı değişim göstermekle beraber uygulamalar ile arttığı belirlenmiştir. Genel olarak, uygulama yapılan ağaçlarda değerlerin kontrol grubuna göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özellikle 30 ve 40 ppm dozlarının incelenen parametrelere olumlu yönde katkı sağladığını söylemek mümkündür.

Investigation of the Effect of GA₃ Applications on Yield and Quality Parameters in Demirci Jujube

Öz

Thanks to the rise of healthy food consumption awareness in society, the demand for jujube, which has high nutritional content, tends to increase. This species, which received the geographical indication registration certificate as Demirci Jujube especially in Manisa/Demirci district and grows in the natural flora of the region, is a fruit species with high potential as an alternative. In this study conducted in 2022 and 2023 in the orchard established with Demirci Jujube, it was aimed to determine the effect of GA₃ application at doses of 0, 20, 30 and40 ppm on fruit quality and yield. Accordingly, in 2022, fruit weight (2.37 g), width (17.97 mm) and length (18.27 mm) ranked first in 40 ppm GA₃ application, followed by 30 ppm GA₃ application. The highest TSS content was obtained from the 20 ppm GA₃ application (64.67%) in 2022. Although the yield varies depending on the years, it has been determined that it increases with applications. In general, it was determined that the values of the properties in the treated trees were higher than in the control group. It is possible to say that especially 30 and 40 ppm doses contribute positively to the examined parameters.
