Öz
Avrupa’nın merkezinde yer almakla beraber, AB’nin içinde yer almak istemeyen bir ülke olarak İsviçre’nin AB’ne bakışı bu makalenin inceleme konusunu oluşturmaktadır. AB’ne üyeliğin ekonomik ve siyasi koşullarına mutlak olarak sahip olan İsviçre AB ile bilateral ve sektörel ilişkiler geliştirerek üçüncü devletlerle ilişkilerinde elini serbest tutmak istemektedir. İsviçre siyasi olarak bugün AB içinde yer almasa da, AB ile yapmış olduğu çok sayıda anlaşmalarla AB müktesebatının tarafı olmuş gözükmektedir. İsviçre yargı kararlarına da yansıyan bu yaklaşım AB hukukunun üye olmayan devletlerle ilişkilerde de entegrasyon işlevine sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır

Öz
As a country located in the center of Europe, but doesn’t want to be included in the EU, the view of Switzerland towards the EU constitutes the subject of this article. Switzerland, absolutely holding the economic and political conditions of membership to the EU, desires to develop bilateral and sectoral relations with the EU and to keep its hand free in its relations with third countries. Even though today Switzerland is not included in the EU politically, it seems that it has become a party of the EU acquis with several agreements it has signed with the EU. This approach, having been refl ected on the judgment decrees of Switzerland, indicates that the EU law has the function of integration in relations with non-member states
