Egzersiz çeşitlerinin ratlarda uygulama protokolleri ve akut yorucu egzersizin oksidatif stres ile ilişkisi

Öz

Günümüz dünyasında teknolojinin hızla gelişmesi ve günlük hayatın neredeyse tamamını kaplaması, sunduğu birtakım kolaylıkların yanı sıra bir takım önemli problemleri de beraberinde getirmiştir. Dijitalleşen insanların giderek daha hareketsiz bir hayat tarzını kabul etmesi bu problemlerden birdir. Bu sebeple fiziksel aktivite/egzersiz önemine binaen tekrar gündeme gelmiştir. Düzenli bir şekilde yapıldığında egzersizin sağlık açısından birçok faydası bulunsa da düzensiz, bilinçsiz ve aniden yapıldığında oksidatif stres de dahil birçok doku ve organ hasarına neden olabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda artan bilimsel araştırmalarda bir örnekliliğin sağlanması ve uygulama kolaylığı açısından ratlar yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Hazırlanan bu yazıda sık karşılaşılan egzersiz modellerinin sıçanlarda uygulanma protokolleri ele alınmış ve bu egzersiz çeşitlerinden akut yorucu egzersizin oksidatif stres ile ilişkisi güncel literatürlerden faydalanılarak derlenmiştir. Böylece ilerde ratlar ile yapılacak deneysel egzersiz çalışmaları için bu derlemede sunulan bilgilerin araştırmacılar adına faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.
