YAPILANDIRILMIŞ GRUPLA PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA PROGRAMI: ATILGANLIK BECERİLERİ

Öz

Bu çalışmayla Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Sağlık Merkezi, Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik
Birimi bünyesinde 1998–2006 yılları arasında yürütülmüş olan Atılganlık Becerileri Eğitim Grubunun
tanıtılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada grup sürecinin tanıtımına yönelik olarak: (a) planlama aşamasında
grup programının kuramsal temeli, amacı ve grup üyelerinin seçimi, (b) uygulama aşamasında oturumların
içeriği, kullanılan teknikler ve alıştırmalar ve (c) değerlendirme aşamasında grubun değerlendirilmesi
kapsamında yapılanlar ele alınmıştır. Son olarak atılganlık becerileri eğitim gruplarına yönelik olarak bazı
öneriler sunulmuştur.

STRUCTURED GROUP COUNSELING PROGRAM: ASSERTIVENESS SKILLS

Öz

The purpose of this study is to describe the Assertiveness Skills Training Group program which continued between 1998 and 2006 at the Middle East Technical University, Health Center, Counseling and Guidance Unit. The following topics are discussed to describe the group process: (a) the planning phase of the group that includes theoretical foundations of the program, the goal of the program, and the selection of group members; (b) the implementation phase of the group that includes the content of the sessions, the techniques, and exercises used in the program, and (c) the evaluation phase of the group program. Finally, some suggestions are made for assertiveness skills training groups.
