Otizme Psikanalitik Bir Bakış

Öz

Otistik bebeğin insan gelişiminin ilk evresi olan “Normal Otistik Evrede” takıldığı-saplandığı düşünülmektedir ya da bu evreyi kısmi adaptasyonlarla geçirebildikleri için bütüncül olarak bu evrenin özelliklerini aşamadıkları. Bebeğin anne ilişkisi içinde ruhsal dünyanın kabuğunu kıramaması ve iç dünyasını dış uyaranlara açarak yaşamsal doyumu önce anneye daha sonra dış dünyaya yöneltmeyi becerememesi, otizmde en temel unsurdur. Bu yeti kazanılamadığı için sonraki “Normal Ortak Yaşamsal Dönem”e geçilememektedir. Çünkü bu evre, anne ve bebeğin bütünleşmesinin ve insan yavrusunun ilişki kurmasının ilk adımıdır. Otistik bebek hayatı boyunca dış dünyaya kapılarını açamaz, kapıdan ilk görünenle-anneyle- de karşılaşma şansını kaçırır. Ortak yaşamsal ilişkiye geçemez. Bu dönemde, bebek anne tarafından fiziksel olarak doyuruldukça duygusal olarak da ihtiyaç-hoşnut olma nesne ilişkisi başlar. Bu dönemin en önemli özelliği kalıtımsal olarak insan yavrusunun anne ile ikili bir birim içinde duygusal bir bağ oluşturma yetisidir. Daha sonraki tüm insan ilişkilerine zemin hazırlayan bu yeti, otistik bebekte yeşermeye fırsat bulamaz

A Psychoanalytical View to Autism

Öz

It is thought that autistic infants are fixed to the first phase of human development “Normal Autistic Phase”, in other words, they are not exceed entirely characteristics of this phase because they can be integrated with a partial adaptation. In the mother relationship failure to break the shell of the mental world and to manage orientate vital pleasure to firstly mother than secondly whole world by opening inner world to external stimulants of baby, is the basic element in autism. These skills cannot be acquired therefore It isn’t possible to pass next normal symbiotic phase. Because this stage is the first step of integration mother and baby and building relationships of human babies. Autistic infants cannot open their doors to the outside world throughout their life and misses the chance of encounter first appearing from the door which is mother. Also autistic infant cannot pass to normal symbiotic relationship. During this period, as the baby was satisfied physically by mother, need-pleasure object relationship starts in emotionally. The most important feature of this period is the ability to create genetically an emotional bond of human baby in a bilateral unit with baby’s mother. This ability which prepares the ground for all subsequent human relationships, does not find opportunities to develop in autistic infants
