He is one of the master writers of Orhan Kemalʹs Turkish literature. It gained the admiration of the readers with the novels and stories it brought to our literature. It is stated in many studies that he is a critical social realistic novelist. It is stated that many of his novels describe the "little person" due to the fact that lower class people are considered as social status in the big city and Anatolia. He is also a writer who has witnessed the social and political events that Turkish people have experienced and who knows how to reflect this in a realistic way in his works. Orhan Kemal, a very prolific novelist, also has novels that emerged years after his death. Among his works are Yüz Karası, Uçurum, Kenarın Dilberi. The novel Cliff, which is the subject of our article, is one of them, as stated. In this study, the related novel is analyzed around the elements that make up the novel under the title of structure and track. The views of the authorʹs son Işık Öğütçü about finding and publishing the novel under the title of the novel, and the case (event) in the novel under the title of the plot. The personalities in the novel were introduced under the title of women and men. Under the heading of space and time, information about the spaces in the novel and the case time in the novel are included. With the perspective and narrator title, the point of view of the novel and by what kind of narrator is emphasized. The theme of the novel was also evaluated with the title of theme. In the conclusion, based on the comments under all these headings, a judgment about the novel has been reached.
