Inflammatuar fibroid polibe bağlı ileoçekal invajinasyon: İlçe hastanesinde nadir bir vaka.

Öz

İnflamatuar fibroid polip, gastrointestinal sistemin submukozasından kaynaklanan nadir görülen tumor benzeri lezyondur. Yazımızda, 47 yaşında bir erkek hastada terminal ileumda polipoid kütleye bağlı ileoçekal invajinasyon gelişen ve görünümü maligniteyi benzemesi üzerine terminal ileum rezeksiyonuyla beraber sağ hemikolektomi yapılan ve kütlenin patolojisi inflamatuar fibroid polip olarak saptanarak raporlanan olgu sunulmaktadır.

Ileocaecal intussusception due to inflammatory fibroid polyp: A rare case report at district hospital

Abstract

Inflammatory fibroid polyps are rare quasi tumor lesions that develop from the gastrointestinal tract's submucosa. We present an ileocecal intussusception case as due to IFP in a man aged 47 years who was admitted to a district hospital. Terminal ileum resection with right hemicolectomy was performed for this patient and the mass defined as an inflammatory fibroid polyp in pathological examination.
